Open the app and create your account using your email address.

You will receive an email asking you to verify your account. Complete the verification before returning to the app to log in.

I did not receive the verification email.
Check your spam or junk folder. Confirm that the email address was entered correctly and request another verification message if needed.
The sample code is not working.
Confirm that the code was entered exactly as shown and that you are logged into a verified account.
Do I need a VR headset?
No. You can explore the model from a phone, tablet, or supported computer. VR provides an additional true-scale experience but is not required.
Can I share the model with someone else?
Access options depend on the project. Design & Build XR models can be configured for clients, teams, stakeholders, buyers, or public website audiences.
Can you create a model from my floor plans?
Yes. An existing 3D model is not required. We can create an interactive project from architectural floor plans and elevations or optimize many common 3D file types.
