Yes. Movable furniture and other physical tools can be placed within the projected plan to help you test scale, spacing, circulation, and layout decisions.
Can we make changes during the session?
You can review options, discuss potential changes, and document feedback during the session.
We do not replace your architect, designer, engineer, or builder. Your project professionals remain responsible for evaluating and incorporating approved changes into the construction documents.
Will I receive notes after the walkthrough?
Changes, questions, and observations can be documented directly on your plans during the session. These marked-up files can then be shared with the appropriate members of your project team.

Can someone participate remotely?
Yes. Builders, designers, family members, or other stakeholders may be able to join by video when they cannot attend in person.

Most sessions are approximately 1-2 hours, although timing depends on the size and complexity of the project and the number of people and decisions involved.
As a general guide, many projects can be reviewed at a pace of approximately 3,000 to 4,000 square feet per hour.
Can we compare more than one floor plan?
Yes. Multiple plans or layout options can be prepared for comparison. Additional preparation and studio time may be required depending on the number and complexity of the plans.
Can I return after my plans are revised?
Yes. Many clients schedule a shorter follow-up session to verify changes and confirm the updated plan before construction begins.
Is the walkthrough useful for renovations and additions?
Yes. Walkthroughs can help you evaluate a renovation, addition, or reconfigured space before demolition or construction begins.
